Louisville, KY (January 9, 2025) – Alliant Management is excited to announce three newly formed roles which have been added to the leadership team – Chris Schmidt as Vice President of Transformation Services, Jason Bonner as Vice President of Financial Services, and Belinda Muench as Director of Strategic Planning.

Chris Schmidt, VP of Transformation Services is a trusted leader supporting Alliant hospital teams with business transformation services. He will be leading and overseeing transformation projects, setting timelines, allocating resources, and managing risks throughout the implementation phase of such projects. In addition, he will be transforming nursing leaders by providing a foundation for professional growth and development through a comprehensive range of educational programs designed to enhance knowledge, confidence, and competency. Alliant Management Services is a recognized provider for nursing continuing education (CEU) by the Florida Board of Nursing (FBON). Throughout our organization, Chris will be collaborating with employees, physicians, and key stakeholders supporting the measurement of service excellence from quality and safety analytics while committed to a fully functional culture of patient safety.
Jason Bonner, VP of Financial Services is an proven leader with vast experience in rural hospital finance and accounting operations. Under Jason’s leadership, he will be available to support our hospital teams with all facets of healthcare financial management including month end close, fiscal year financial audit support, forecasting and budget development, labor productivity management, third party reimbursement, new service implementation, departmental performance analysis and cash/accounts receivable management. He will have direct day-to-day assignments to include but not limited to accounting oversight through the provision of the Controller and/or Chief Financial Officer roles for the supported hospitals.
Belinda Muench, Director of Strategic Planning, has confidently led and facilitated strategic planning activities and served as the primary resource in conducting and completing Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) reports for our Alliant hospitals for several years. Belinda combines a data driven approach to the market and environmental assessments of strategic planning with qualitative feedback from key stakeholders to drive a successful strategic plan. Additionally, Belinda will also be supporting our teams with overseeing the employee engagement survey process to measure the engagement of Hospital employees on various aspects of the work environment as well as facilitating and delivering the results of an annual salary survey to include not only Alliant wide comparisons but also, National and State comparisons, as applicable. All strategies and aspects of the services provided are focused on improved access to healthcare services for the community served and long-term growth and viability of the facilities.
