Hospital Operations Chief Financial Officer
Tom is a Hospital Operations Chief Financial Officer with Alliant. He is focused on the operating and financial performance and the growth and success of Alliant facilities. He brings over 20 years of experience in financial operations, strategic planning, product line development and management, and budgeting and forecast preparation. He has served in numerous leadership roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer having worked for not-for-profit, proprietary and public hospital facilities in Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina and Texas. Tom has expertise in rural hospital management and excels in his ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical business requirements and identify deficiencies and potential opportunities. He has successfully developed innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness and maximizing revenues by improving customer service offerings and managing expense.
Tom holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of South Carolina, a Bachelor in Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from the University of Central Florida. He has served on numerous community boards, including the United Way, Boys and Girls Club, and Rotary, and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is married to his wife, Amy and has one daughter and two sons.
