Ronni Bowen, RN, MBA, BSN

Regional Vice President, Quality and Risk Management

Ronni Bowen is an experienced healthcare professional with over 25 years of clinical expertise and executive leadership. With a comprehensive background in both direct patient care and healthcare administration, she has demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, program and project management, budgeting, interdisciplinary collaboration, compliance, quality assurance, and risk management.

Her previous roles include Division Director for State Group Insurance at the Florida Department of Management Services, where she managed a $72 million budget and handled complex insurance contracts. She also served as Senior Vice President of Clinic Operations at Jackson Hospital, providing leadership in revenue cycle management, quality assurance, and physician practice acquisitions.

Ronni holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance, Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, provider and payer contract negotiations, and documentation integrity. She is committed to improving patient outcomes and operational excellence within healthcare organizations​
