David Bowling

Chief Operating Officer

David is the Chief Operating Officer with Alliant providing oversight for the daily operations as well as responsible for company financials, strategic partnerships, and new business development opportunities. He brings extensive years of progressive experience in the areas of healthcare operations/finance, having worked with both for-profit/not-for-profit hospitals & health systems as well as a leading healthcare technology company. Throughout his career, David has effectively developed & implemented standardized best practices. Assisted with the integration/onboarding of acquisitions. Held various CFO assignments while leading work stream opportunities within strategic planning, accounting, revenue cycle, decision support, supply chain & budgeting. Managed the financial operations for post-acute services that included home health agencies, hospices, skilled nursing facilities, swing beds, inpatient rehab & behavioral health.

David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Pikeville & a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

David enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife, Angie and their kids, Emma and Eric.
